Welcome to 3rabtoon – The Voice of Arabic Stories.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 3rabtoon website, application, services, and content, including reading comics, creating accounts, interacting with creators, publishing works, and using digital points and features.
By accessing 3rabtoon, creating an account, publishing content, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
01 Acceptance of the Terms
By using 3rabtoon Services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Community and Content Policy, Creator Policies, Purchase and Digital Benefits Policies, and any other policies published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using 3rabtoon Services.
02 Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use 3rabtoon.
If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your country of residence, your use of the platform may require the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
3rabtoon reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent when necessary.
03 Accounts
Some 3rabtoon Services may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not allow others to use your account in violation of these Terms.
- Notify 3rabtoon if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, to the extent permitted by law.
Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred without 3rabtoon’s authorization.
04 Acceptable Use
You may use 3rabtoon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the functions provided by the platform.
You may not:
- Attempt to hack the website, application, or systems.
- Circumvent security or technical restrictions.
- Use unauthorized automated tools to collect or extract content.
- Copy, repost, or distribute episodes without authorization.
- Upload works for which you do not have the necessary rights.
- Impersonate another creator or user.
- Manipulate views, likes, points, gifts, or advertisements.
- Fraudulently obtain digital benefits or paid content.
- Send spam or unwanted communications.
- Use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Publish, upload, submit, or display obscene, profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise indecent language or content in stories, episodes, posts, comments, usernames, profiles, or any other area of the platform.
- Publish content or language that is contrary to public morals or commonly accepted standards of decency.
05 Digital Content
3rabtoon may provide free or paid comics, episodes, and other digital materials.
Access to digital content does not transfer ownership of copyrights or other intellectual property rights to the user.
Unless expressly authorized by the rights holder, users may not:
- Copy content.
- Re-upload content.
- Sell or distribute content.
- Publish episodes outside the platform.
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
- Create unauthorized derivative works.
06 Points and Digital Benefits
3rabtoon may use a digital points system to provide access to certain episodes or features.
Points are not cash and do not represent an independent monetary ownership interest. They may not be sold, transferred, or traded outside the platform.
Under the current system:
US$1 allows the user to unlock 5 episodes.
The value, usage, or promotional availability of points may change in the future. Applicable terms will be displayed to users at the time of purchase or use.
07 Advertisement-Based Access
3rabtoon may allow users to unlock certain episodes or receive certain benefits by watching advertisements.
Under the current system, unlocking an episode may require:
Watching two (2) advertisements.
The number of advertisements and eligibility conditions may change depending on the platform's system and available offers.
08 Comments and Interactions
All comments and interactions must remain respectful.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment or bullying.
- Threats.
- Hate speech.
- Sharing personal information about others.
- Impersonation.
- Sharing links to illegal or pirated content.
- Artificial manipulation of ratings or engagement.
- Using obscene, profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise indecent language.
- Posting comments, expressions, images, or other material that is contrary to public morals or commonly accepted standards of decency.
3rabtoon may remove comments or restrict accounts that violate the Community Policy.
09 Content and Account Management
3rabtoon reserves the right to review, restrict, modify, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law.
Actions may include:
- Warnings.
- Content removal.
- Feature restrictions.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
Immediate action may be taken in cases involving safety, intellectual property infringement, fraud, or serious violations.
10 Creator Opinions
3rabtoon is a platform for hosting and publishing creative works.
Opinions, ideas, views, and messages expressed in stories, posts, or comments represent their respective creators or users.
Their availability on 3rabtoon does not necessarily mean that 3rabtoon endorses or agrees with those views.
11 Changes to the Services and Terms
3rabtoon may update its services or add, modify, or remove features.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
For material changes, we may notify users through the website, application, email, or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12 Disclaimer
3rabtoon Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
Technical failures, maintenance, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
3rabtoon also does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all content submitted by users or creators.
13 Termination
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
3rabtoon may suspend or terminate access to certain services or an account if the user violates these Terms or applicable platform policies.
Following termination, access to certain content or benefits associated with the account may no longer be available, subject to applicable law.
14 Platform Rights
All rights relating to the 3rabtoon platform itself, including its design, branding, software, interface, technical elements, and trademarks, remain owned by 3rabtoon or its licensors.
Use of the platform does not grant users ownership of these elements.
