01 Nature of Digital Gifts

Digital gifts are an in-platform feature that allows users to provide financial or digital support to eligible creators.

Digital gifts do not provide ownership, partnership, or intellectual property rights in a creator’s work.

02 Creator Eligibility

3rabtoon may establish eligibility requirements for creators who wish to activate digital gifts.

These requirements may include:

• An active account.
• Compliance with platform policies.
• No serious violations.
• Meeting monetization requirements.
• Ownership or control of the necessary rights.

3rabtoon reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation according to the applicable program rules.

03 Gift Purchases

Digital gifts may be purchased through the payment methods made available on the platform.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Users are responsible for reviewing their purchase before completing the transaction.

04 No External Transfer

Users may not sell, trade, or transfer digital gifts outside the functions provided by 3rabtoon.

Users may not redeem digital gifts for cash.

05 Support Visibility

Depending on platform functionality, creators or other users may be able to see that a user has sent a digital gift or support.

Information displayed may include:

• Username or display name.
• Support amount.
• Related work or episode.

06 Refund Policy

Digital gift purchases are generally final after completion and are not refundable once used, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical issue resulted in payment being completed without delivery of the corresponding benefit.

Users experiencing a technical issue should contact 3rabtoon Support with transaction details.

07 Fraud and Manipulation

Digital gifts may not be used fraudulently or to manipulate creators, users, or platform systems.

3rabtoon may cancel suspicious transactions or restrict associated accounts.

08 Creator Earnings from Gifts

Creators may receive a share of digital gift revenue according to the applicable Creator Earnings Program.
