01 Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for the content they upload and publish on 3rabtoon.

Creators must ensure that they:

• Own the rights to their work or have the required licenses.
• Have the necessary rights to publish characters, artwork, and text.
• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights.
• Do not falsely represent ownership.
• Comply with platform policies.

02 Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights remain with creators or their respective rights holders unless a separate publishing agreement states otherwise.

This includes:

• Stories.
• Scripts and text.
• Characters.
• Artwork.
• Designs.
• Covers.
• Original creative materials.

Publishing a work on 3rabtoon does not automatically transfer ownership to the platform.

03 License to 3rabtoon

By publishing a work, the creator grants 3rabtoon a non-exclusive license to the extent necessary to operate the platform, host the work, display it to readers, distribute it through the platform, and promote the platform and the work.

3rabtoon may use excerpts, images, or elements of the work for promotional purposes within the scope of the applicable publishing agreement and law.

This license does not transfer ownership of the work or allow 3rabtoon to sell the creator’s ownership rights unless expressly agreed in a separate agreement.

04 AI Content Policy

3rabtoon allows creators to use artificial intelligence tools as supporting tools during the creative process, including brainstorming, writing assistance, translation, or artistic processing.

However, the final work must be original and must not copy or imitate protected works in a way that infringes third-party rights.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights.

05 Prohibited Content

Users may not publish content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Promotes hatred or violence against protected groups.
• Contains threats, harassment, or bullying.
• Facilitates fraud or unlawful activity.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Publishes personal information without authorization.
• Provides links to or promotes pirated content.
• Attempts to manipulate the platform or its systems.

3rabtoon may also restrict or remove content that it reasonably considers inappropriate or inconsistent with applicable law or community standards.

06 Comments

Comments must remain respectful.

Comments may not be used to:

• Insult creators or readers.
• Bully or harass others.
• Threaten others.
• Promote hate.
• Publish personal information.
• Promote pirated content.
• Share harmful or unlawful links.

Violating comments may be removed without prior notice where appropriate.

07 Reporting Content

Users may report content they believe violates 3rabtoon policies.

Reports should include:

• Content URL.
• Description of the violation.
• Rights-holder information where applicable.
• Supporting documents or information.

3rabtoon will review reports and take appropriate action.

08 Copyright Infringement Reports

Anyone who believes that content published on 3rabtoon infringes their rights may submit a takedown request.

The request should include, where applicable:

• Rights-holder name.
• Contact information.
• Identification of the original work.
• Identification of the disputed content.
• Content URL.
• Description of the alleged infringement.
• Evidence of ownership or authorization.

After receiving a report, 3rabtoon may restrict or remove the content while reviewing the matter.

09 Repeat Infringement

Additional action may be taken against accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or Community Policies.

Actions may include:

• Warnings.
• Content removal.
• Publishing restrictions.
• Account suspension.
• Account termination.

01 Publishing Eligibility

Creators must maintain an account and comply with the 3rabtoon Terms of Use, Community Policy, and all applicable publishing policies.

02 Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their works unless they agree to a separate publishing agreement providing otherwise.

03 Rights Responsibility

Creators are responsible for all characters, artwork, text, music, or other materials included in their work.

If any part belongs to another party, the creator must obtain the required permission before publication.

04 Removal of Works

Creators may request removal of their works in accordance with platform procedures and any applicable publishing agreement.

3rabtoon may retain limited records, backups, or technical copies for legitimate technical, legal, or security purposes.

05 Promotion

3rabtoon may use the work’s title, images, or excerpts to promote the work and the platform within the rights granted under the applicable publishing terms.

06 Violating Content

3rabtoon may remove a work or suspend an account if the work:

• Is copied or stolen.
• Infringes third-party rights.
• Violates Community Policies.
• Is unlawful.
• Fraudulently manipulates platform systems.
